You will be responsible for:

Responsible for direct and indirect clinical services in the physical therapy in/outpatient areas
Uses appropriate therapy procedures, documents the data using accepted abbreviations, and follows the individualized plan of care as set by the physical therapist
Provides patient/family education and HEP's for carryover of treatment into the discharge setting as observed by documentation
Provides age appropriate assessment and intervention techniques to the population served. Completes annual age specific competencies specific to scope of care
Participates in the student affiliation program for Physical Therapy (assistants) providing administrative and clinical supervision for same
Participates in ongoing reviews of physical therapy and rehab policies and procedures (available on the ARC), making recommendations to update as appropriate
Attends mandatory quarterly staff meetings, or meets with area supervisor or Director before next scheduled work day
What will you need
Successful completion of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
Current professional license in state of Florida
Current BLS
Must be proficient in computer use, and comfortable with the EMR




Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
