Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team.
As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care.

Duties:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Provide basic care such as feeding, diapering, and bathing - Monitor children's behavior and ensure their physical and emotional needs are met - Collaborate with parents to understand and address the individual needs of each child - Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment - Follow health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all children - Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and supervisors
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or daycare setting - Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices - Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children - Familiarity with special education techniques is a plus - Ability to adapt to the needs of individual children - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues Skills:
- Passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow - Patience, empathy, and understanding towards children's needs - Ability to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team We offer competitive pay based on experience.
