We are a small family business looking to fill our need for hiring a part time accounting assistant/administrative personnel.
Job Description The administrative and accounting assistant is responsible for assisting the team as needed.

Responsibilities:
Assisting personnel in office as needed Data Entry in to QuickBooks including Accounts Payable and Receivable Creating Invoices Compiling tax filing documentation excels Team scheduling including keeping the schedule updated, communicating with Team, searching and booking travel Assist in planning employee engagement events, including one quarterly event Scanning and Filing documents Answering the phone Packaging and Shipping items as requested Maintaining office supplies and inventory Assisting with producing and organizing marketing materials Organizing office materials and files If you feel this role may be a great fit for you, please submit your resume for consideration.
