o Deliver the ultimate Guest service experience.
o Able to concisely communicate details about Smoothie King Products and information to all Guests.
o Responsible for product and Guest service standards.
o Foster an environment of team work.
Your Background:
Communicating with guests, teammates and managers in a positive manner.
Ability to follow procedures and willingness to comply with dress code requirements Ability to keep the store clean and ability to follow food safety regulations.
Requirements:
o Constantly operates a blender and POS cashier system.
o Regularly moves boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs.
, throughout the store.
o Constantly positions self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
o Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40 F to -10 F.
Employee must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.
