We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at DeLand Orthodontics.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor Manage phone calls, appointments, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Schedule appointments using our practice management software Confirm patient appointments prior to patient's appointments Complete insurance verifications prior to patient's appointments Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient flow Collect and process payments, and provide financial information and paperwork to patients Maintain a clean and organized reception area All other duties and responsibilities as assigned Knowledge of insurance and orthodontic terminology required Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Job Type:
