Anticipated office days will be once or twice a week as needed.
Duties - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms - Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback - Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice - Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Provide information on opportunities for in person engagement within the community - Create and design marketing material Experience - Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization - Strong understanding of social media management tools and analytics - Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and graphic design - Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency - Experience in relationship management with customers or influencers is a plus If you are a creative individual with a passion for social media marketing, we want to hear from you!
