Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide a positive shopping experience - Utilize technical sales knowledge to assist customers in finding the right products - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions - Utilize bilingual skills to assist a diverse range of customers - Implement upselling techniques to increase sales revenue - Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Qualifications:
- Experience in technology sales is preferred - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Bilingual proficiency in Languages is a plus - Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions - Proficiency in cash handling procedures - Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems - Strong organizational skills to manage product displays and inventory efficiently Job Type:
