To provide support to the owner, technicians and office staff, plan and execute functions, order supplies and maintain supplies, track leads, correct service failures, assure outstanding customer satisfaction, relations and communications Duties &
Responsibilities:
Answer phones Assist technicians (mapping, questions, check in/ out) Direct calls to appropriate staff, take messages Print forms, letters, etc.
Maintain and order office supplies Maintain and order equipment & cleaning supplies Mix cleaning solutions, refill jugs, refill tool shelves Order & create technician kits Create gift card sets, gift sets Send birthday cards, sympathy, other correspondence Maintain birthday schedule, gifts, recognition Check vacuums, clean, replace filters, maintain Keep office neat, organized Run errands Sales Assure leads are followed up on Document Leads Track leads and follow up on stale Set up and dispatch In home estimates Customer Service:
Handle all customer complaints in a timely manner Arrange recleans and follow ups Involve Dara when customer cannot be satisfied or there are severe issues Document Complaints Results Expected:
Smooth office operations Quality functions, meetings Fun events, employees recognized, Neat, clean, organized office Leads converted in a timely manner High customer satisfaction through communication Quality Service, customer satisfaction (low cancels, good online reviews) Authority:
100% discretion on re-cleans 100% cleaning tech reprimand when higher autorithy is not available Job Type:
