We are offering a part time position that is perfect for someone who is self motivated, has basic computer skills, is a good multitasker & loves to constantly be learning new skills while working the job.
We are a fun office with diverse staff and clientele, so being able to work with people of all personalities.

Hours:
Part time, up to 15-20 hours, mixed morning and afternoon shifts as well as one weekend shift per month.
Shifts are typically about 4 hours.
Pay:
Hourly, rate to be discussed upon hire with the potential for raises after training Duties include, but are not limited to:
-data entry -filing -compiling information, research -answering phones -connecting callers to the broker when appropriate -assisting clients
Qualifications:
-proficiency in Microsoft Word and Publisher -basic computer knowledge (i.
e.
creating files, saving and editing images, searching through document libraries, etc.
) -quick and accurate typing/computer skills -go getter attitude, make the calls & keep calling until you get the answers -familiarity with MLS not required but is a huge plus! We work hard, but we also have A LOT of fun! We are an equal opportunity employer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
