This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards and charming atmosphere that our customers have come to expect.
Key
Responsibilities:
Opening the Shop:
Ensuring the shop is ready to welcome customers each day, including setting up the service area and ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and ready.
Food Preparation:
Skilfully prepping and slicing a variety of meats and cheeses, adhering to our standards of quality and hygiene.
Sandwich Crafting:
Demonstrating expertise in making Manzano's range of delicious sandwiches, with attention to detail and a commitment to consistency and taste.
Customer Interaction:
Engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and providing a memorable service experience.
Handling transactions and maintaining a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Shop Maintenance:
Keeping the station and shop environment clean and organized, ensuring health and safety standards compliance.
Closing Duties:
Responsibly closing the shop, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing for the next day.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in food service or retail management is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
