is a small engineering firm looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
These duties will include assisting in daily office needs and general administration activities, answering phone calls through the day (light phone calls), organization of files, and assisting in preparing documents and some minor bookkeeping.
Ideal candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to multi-task assignments.
The use of MS Office Suite and Quickbooks is a plus.
The perfect candidate will be someone who wants to be in a small office with the ability to adjust to a rapidly changing environment and new things to learn.
