Utilize computer software to provide and process customer account information.
Required Qualifications Technology skills - familiarity with modern office software including email, word processing, and spreadsheet applications Communication skills - strong written and verbal skills to interact with customers and nurture those relationships Willingness to Learn - work in a dynamic, always advancing environment.
