Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and requirements - Source, screen, and interview nursing candidates to build a pool of qualified professionals - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to onboarding successful candidates - Conduct thorough background checks and verify credentials to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations - Maintain accurate records and documentation of candidate profiles and job placements - Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, fostering a strong network of candidates - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities - Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and changes in healthcare regulations - Provide excellent customer service to both healthcare facilities and candidates, ensuring their needs are met
Qualifications:
- Experience in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred) - Proven experience in nursing recruitment or healthcare staffing coordination - Strong understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and licensure requirements - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards - Passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare industry To apply, please respond with your resume.
