Office Assistant/ Junior Travel Consultant

The applicant will be a quoting agent plus an office assistant which makes her/him an extremely important part of our team.
We require a very detail oriented team member who crosses their t's and dots their i's in every single thing they do.
Responsibilities and Duties The agent/ assistant will be in charge of opening and getting the office ready in a timely manner.
Maintaining files, organizing paperwork, taking messages, and inviting clients to meetings.
This position is a front line position in a busy travel agency.
She/he will be a friendly greeter to every phone call and every walk in client.
The assistant/ agent will take travel requests, make coffee, prepare brochures, and do preliminary travel arrangements paired with another travel agent.
This position requires a precise and organized candidate to fulfill the needs of our clients and to stay on target with our business requirements.
The candidate must always be upbeat and positive when answering our phones and working with our clients.
We work as a TEAM and a team player is extremely important.

00pm Monday-Friday and 8:
45-2pm on select Saturdays.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
Must love travel- general knowledge of the travel industry Computer savvy Precise and organized Friendly and pleasant- positive Cross T's and Dot I's - a thorough and detail oriented candidate will be chosen Customer service Efficient Must be professionally dressed, sounding, and acting at all times.
Yet accurate and friendly Willingness to learn Must be a TEAM player Time for work is 8:
