Requirements:
Hold a valid unencumbered LPN/LVN or RN license COVID -19 Vaccination approved exemption status
Responsibilities:
Administer dispense medication under direction of physician.
Ensure the care plan of the physician or Medical Director is being followed.
Giving and documentation of vaccines EMR documentation as directed by Director of Nursing or designee.
Complete blood draws and use proper equipment, materials, and training to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for the test subjects.
Assess, record, and follow medical records in a timely manner with a focus on documenting proper medical care for individual clients.
Educate patients, family members, staff, as needed.
Adhere the Nurse Practice Act.
